If you haven’t already booked your accommodation for the night of the 19th, we recommend you do so as soon as possible. Areas that you can look into are – Brenchley, Paddock wood and Tonbridge. Taxis in this area are familiar with the venue and surrounding accommodation.
Although the ceremony will be starting at 14:00, if you are camping at the venue on the night of the 19th, please be sure you arrive in plenty of time to set up and make yourself comfortable in time for the ceremony. Please ensure you bring your own camping equipment including water for drinking and washing, and a camping stove if you have one.
Unfortunately we won’t be able to provide your breakfast on the morning of the 20th, so please make sure you bring something to eat. Otherwise there are a few villages and towns nearby that have lovely pubs, cafes or little shops.
By the camping area, we will have extra toilets.
We would welcome a contribution to pitching up a tent, to help us towards getting some nice toilets—so you are happy campers.
As this is a woodland wedding please feel free to wear something you will be comfortable and happy in, for walking over tree roots or standing and dancing in the grass or marquee, whether in sunshine or rain (fingers crossed not, so bring an umbrella to keep the rain away!).
We will be providing celebratory champagne, as well as wine and a non-alcoholic alternative with the meal. Other drinks can be purchased at the Funky Bar, CASH ONLY.
